Qualifications
\n
\n - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
\n - 8 years of experience in software development.
\n - 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
\n - 5 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
\n - 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
\n - 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role.
\n
Preferred qualifications\n
\n - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
\n - 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
\n - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
\n - 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
\n
Responsibilities\n
\n - Provide technical leadership on projects.
\n - Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
\n - Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
\n - Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
\n - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions. Write and review code, ensuring best practices in AI, testability, efficiency, and accuracy.
