Senior Design Engineer - Airframe & Structures

Senior Design Engineer - Airframe & Structures ARCA is supporting an aerospace programme to bring in Senior Design Engineers on a contract basis. These are hands-on roles within an established design team, working across airframe structures on a live programme. The work: * Design and development of airframe primary structures * CAD modelling and drawing release using CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx) * Working closely with stress, manufacturing and wider engineering teams to resolve design challenges * Contributing to design reviews and supporting progression through the design lifecycle What they’re looking for: * Strong experience across primary airframe structures * Strong composite design experience including use of composite work bench is mandatory * Confident user of CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3Dx) * Experience operating at design check / approval level is a strong advantage Details: * Contract: 6 months initially – Outside IR35 * Location: Bristol with hybrid working If you would like to know more about these design engineer opportunities, please apply for immediate consideration
