We are now seeking a motivated and skilledTheatre Practitioner (Scrub RN/ODP)to join our friendly and professional Theatre team.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred careacross a range of surgical specialities. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will:

  Support the delivery of safe and efficient theatre care

\n
• \n

  Prepare and manage equipment and consumables

\n
• \n

  Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams

\n
• \n

  Deliver an excellent patient experience through strong communication and professionalism

\n

What Youll Bring

\n
• \n

  NMC or HCPC registration

\n
• \n

  Proven experience as a Scrub Practitioner

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and teamwork skills

\n
• \n

  A commitment to high standards of patient care and safety

\n
• \n

  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

\n

Desirable:

• \n

  Surgical First Assistant qualification

\n
• \n

  Advanced Surgical Practitioner qualification

\n
