Purpose
\nTo work as part of a payroll support and HR Administration team responsible for processing of a broad range of payroll-related transactions received from internal stakeholders, whilst adhering to Service Level Agreements.
\nTo provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via ticket service on a broad range of payroll matters.
\nTo provide daily support to internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful running of the payroll from start to finish and to also produce important HR correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, including employment references, Solicitor's reports and mortgage/rental operations.
\nKey Accountabilities
\nProcess Payroll related transactions from internal stakeholders, such as:
\n? Detached Duty, Standby, On Call
\n? One time payment submissions
\n? Memberships, Loans, PASS scheme
\n? Working Party Subsistence
\n? P45 / New Starter Declarations
\n? Settlement Agreements
\n? Court Orders
\nProcess Time related transactions from internal stakeholders, such as:
\n? Overtime
\n? Shift Changes
\n? Sickness
\n? Phased Return To Work
\n? Time Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
\nProcess HR Administration related activities:
\n? Complete transactions in relation to all HR administration activities, for example references and solicitors letters
\n? Provide first level support to all clients on the flexible benefits platform.
\n? Maintain e-pay tool and provide first line of support when dealing with stakeholder queries
\n? Produce documents through mail merge for internal mail shots and divisional correspondence
\n? Manage all aspects of the relationship with the external e-payslip provider

\nExperience & Knowledge
\n? Experience within a payroll environment, with particular focus on payroll data input and handling payroll queries
\n? Knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions and other deductions.
\n? Experience of a computerised payroll system - SAP would be preferable
\n? Experience of working in a busy office environment and performing a broad range of administrative duties
\n? Proven customer service experience both verbal and written
\n? Excellent skills in the use of Google Applications
\nQualification
\n? Good standard of academic education and/or relevant vocational training
