Production Line Operative - Outskirts of Colchester - £14ph - 4 on 4 off shift pattern - Own Transport Required\n\nWe are actively hiring for a Production Line Operative to join a successful company based in the outskirts of Colchester, Essex who produce a food based product.\n\nThis role is assist with the running of a fast moving production line, with focus on Quality Control, minimal stoppages and hold ups.\n\nDuties of the Production Line Operative will include;\n\nWorking on various parts of the production line- from loading, to checking, to unloading\nEnsuring smooth running of production at all times\nTaking responsibility and ownership of hygiene and housekeeping at all times\nEnsuring you are compliant with legal and company food hygiene standards\nThe ideal Production Line Operative;\n\nPrevious experience in a FMCG or manufacturing and production environment\nAble to work weekends and weekdays to working hours\nFlexible approach to working duties\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAble to work overtime\nBe local to ColchesterOwn transport is required due to location\n\nHours and pay\n\nWorking a 4 on 4 off day shift (7am-6pm)- applicants should be aware this does include weekends - working shorter hours\n£14 per hour\nOvertime available\nOn site parking\nExcellent progression opportunities\nTemp to perm for the right candidateINDIJ
