The Role

\n

The successful candidate will:

\n
    \n
  • Support pupils within the classroom, individually and in small groups.
  • \n
  • Provide learning support to help children access the curriculum.
  • \n
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.
  • \n
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff.
  • \n
  • Assist with the emotional, behavioural and educational needs of pupils.
  • \n
  • Promote a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
  • \n
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be passionate about supporting young children.
  • \n
  • Have experience working with children within a school, childcare or similar setting.
  • \n
  • Be patient, caring and supportive.
  • \n
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • \n
  • Demonstrate flexibility, commitment and a positive attitude.
  • \n
