HLTA – KS2 (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) – Greenwich

Location: Greenwich, LondonRole: HLTA – KS2Pay Rate: £100 – £130 per day (dependent on experience) 

Job Description:A supportive primary school in Greenwich is seeking an experienced HLTA to work across Key Stage 2. This role involves leading lessons, supporting teachers, and helping deliver targeted interventions for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
\n
• Support teaching and learning across KS2 classes
\n
• Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
\n
• Assist with planning and resource preparation
\n
• Provide feedback on pupil progress to teaching staff
\n

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
\n
• Experience working within KS2
\n
• Strong behaviour management skills
\n
• Confidence leading whole-class sessions
