Painter and Decorator\n\nContract Duration: 29th June - 18th September\n\nWorking Hours: 40 hours per week\n\nPay Rate: £14 per hour\n\nOverview\n\nWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to support a summer refresh programme in student accommodation. The role involves repainting bedroom walls to prepare rooms following student check-out.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nApply two coats of eggshell paint to bedroom walls\nComplete painting work to a high standard, ensuring a clean and professional finish\nAchieve a daily target of 2-3 rooms per day (minimum expectation: 2.5 rooms in an 8-hour shift)\nWork independently with minimal supervision\nMaintain a tidy and safe working environment throughout the project\n\nScope of Work\n\nIncluded: Bedroom walls only\nExcluded: Ceilings, woodwork, bathrooms (no painting required in these areas)\n\nWorking Hours\n\n40 hours per week\nFlexible daily start and finish times, provided daily targets are met\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\nProven experience in painting and decorating\nAbility to work efficiently and meet daily productivity targets\nHigh attention to detail and quality standards\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
