Management Accountant (Part-Time)

We’re hiring: Part-Time Management Accountant

📍 Southend-on-Sea | Flexible / Part-Time (c.32 hours per month)

💼 Competitive + bonus + 25% commission on introduced fees

We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our growing team on a flexible, part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of client relationships, working closely with a Director and playing a key role in delivering high-quality financial insight to our clients.

Over the past two years, we’ve invested heavily in our people, systems and compliance and we’re now entering an exciting phase of growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing, reviewing and analysing management accounts for a portfolio of clients
• Acting as a trusted point of contact, building strong client relationships
• Providing insight and practical advice to support client decision-making
• Working directly with a Director on client delivery and wider projects
• Using Sage 200, Sage 50, QuickBooks, Xero and Excel

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience in accountancy practice and/or industry
• Strong technical expertise in management accounts preparation
• Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients
• Commercial mindset with the ability to add real value
• Experience across multiple accounting systems
