We're looking for a Learning Materials Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week. What you will be doing;

  • Manage the planning, development and delivery of ICAEW learning materials for ACA and related qualifications.
  • \n
  • Coordinate subject matter experts, authors, reviewers, publishers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning content is delivered on time.
  • \n
  • Oversee production schedules, review cycles and quality assurance processes across multiple learning materials projects.
  • \n
  • Lead and develop a small team, allocating work, managing priorities and supporting performance.
  • \n
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, tuition providers and external suppliers to support effective qualification delivery.
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing learning materials, streamlining processes and managing risks throughout the production cycle.

Experience

\n
    \n
  • Experience managing learning materials, educational content, publishing or qualification content.
  • \n
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including authors, reviewers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • \n
  • Experience managing content production schedules, quality assurance and version control processes.
  • \n
  • Previous line management or team leadership experience.
  • \n
  • Experience within professional education, an awarding body, publishing or a learning environment is desirable.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of accountancy, finance or professional qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • \n
