Lead Learning Support Assistant What the Role InvolvesAs Lead Learning Support Assistant, you will support the day-to-day coordination of Learning Support Assistants across the school, ensuring pupils receive high-quality support that reflects their individual Education, Health and Care Plans. You'll work closely with teachers and senior leaders to model outstanding classroom practice, mentor and coach support staff, assist with inductions, and help maintain consistently high standards of teaching and learning support. You'll also liaise with therapists, pastoral teams and external professionals to ensure pupils receive a joined-up and personalised provision.\n
\n Lead Learning Support Assistant What the School is Looking ForThe ideal Lead Learning Support Assistant will have substantial experience supporting pupils with SEND and be confident leading by example within the classroom. Previous experience mentoring Teaching Assistants, delivering interventions or taking on additional responsibilities would be highly advantageous. The school is looking for a calm, organised and proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting both pupils and colleagues to achieve their full potential.\n
