CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the trusted engineering lead for key clients, delivering exceptional service, solving technical challenges and helping shape long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Building strong relationships with customer contacts

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service

  • \n
\n

What We Are Looking For

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Proven Fire & Security engineering experience

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Gent qualified

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Professional customer-facing communication skills

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues

  • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Full UK Driving Licence

  • \n
\n
