CIA Fire & Security, part of the Ranger Group, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Fire & Security Engineer to support a portfolio of valued customer sites across the Reading area. What You Will Be Doing

\n
• \n

  Managing planned maintenance and reactive service visits

\n

\n
• \n

  Diagnosing and resolving faults across fire and security systems

\n

\n
• \n

  Completing remedial works, upgrades and small projects

\n

\n
• \n

  Building strong relationships with customer contacts

\n

\n
• \n

  Providing technical recommendations and identifying improvement opportunities

\n

\n
• \n

  Delivering accurate reports and high-quality customer service

\n

What We Are Looking For

\n
• \n

  Proven Fire & Security engineering experience

\n

\n
• \n

  Gent qualified

\n

\n
• \n

  Strong fault-finding skills across fire and/or security systems

\n

\n
• \n

  Professional customer-facing communication skills

\n

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues

\n

\n
• \n

  Full UK Driving Licence
