HR Business Partner Location: Egham | Contract Type: Temporary

What You'll Do:As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning their people strategy with our educational goals. You will be the go-to expert for all things HR, providing guidance and support to our leadership team and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission.
\n
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
\n
• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
\n
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
\n
• Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
\n
• Lead training and development programmes that empower our staff to excel.
\n

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
\n
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practises.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you should be a people person!
\n
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
\n
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a can-do attitude.
\n
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
\n

NOTE: You will either need a current Enhanced DBS or be eligible for a DBS to be completed prior to starting the temp assignment.

This role is initially temporary, however does have the potential to go permanent for the right profile.
