EYFS Teacher (Full-Time)\nUxbridge | Primary School Setting\nSeptember Start | MPS/UPS\n\nSupply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Uxbridge area to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years educator to join a nurturing environment and make a meaningful impact at the foundation stage of pupils’ education.\n\nThis role would suit an engaging and creative teacher with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, who is committed to fostering a love of learning and supporting children’s early development.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children during the most important stage of their development, helping to build strong foundations across all areas of learning.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlanning and delivering engaging, creative, and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework\nSupporting children’s development in communication and language, early literacy, numeracy, and personal, social, and emotional development\nCreating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment\nObserving, assessing, and tracking children’s progress in line with EYFS standards\nSupporting children of varying abilities, including those with SEN\nEncouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence through play-based learning\nBuilding strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues\nWorking collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team\n\nRequirements\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Desirable\nExperience within EYFS or early years settings\nStrong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development\nExcellent classroom management and organisational skills\nA nurturing, creative, and engaging teaching style\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nAbility to work full-time in the Slough (SL3) area from September\n\nDesirable\n\nExperience in Nursery or Reception classes\nKnowledge of phonics programmes (e.g., Little Wandle or similar)\nExperience supporting children with SEN\nKnowledge of EYFS assessment and progress tracking\nUnderstanding of safeguarding and early years best practices\n\nWhy This Role?\n\nJoin a friendly and supportive school community\nWell-resourced EYFS setting\nLong-term stability\nAccess to ongoing professional development\nOpportunity to make a real impact at a crucial stage of development\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are a passionate EYFS Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role in the Uxbridge area, we would love to hear from you.\n\n | \n24/7 Support: \n\nAll successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check and meet Safer Recruitment standards
