Demolition Supervisor

Are you an experienced Demolition Supervisor looking to join a busy, growing contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across East Anglia?

We're looking for a hands-on supervisor who can lead site teams, maintain the highest safety standards and deliver demolition projects efficiently from start to finish.

The Role

• Supervise demolition teams on site
\n
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities
\n
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, RAMS and site procedures
\n
• Complete site paperwork, reports and toolbox talks
\n
• Work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule
\n

About You

You'll have:

\n
• At least 5 years' demolition industry experience
\n
• CCDO Gold Demolition Supervisor Card (held for a minimum of 2 years)
\n
• Demolition Awareness NVQ
\n
• SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• A proactive, safety-first approach and strong leadership skills
\n
• Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away when required
\n
