I've just been instructed on behalf of a highly regarded law firm in the Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire area that requires immediate support within its busy Commercial Property team.

The role will involve handling a broad range of commercial property matters including:

✔ Acquisitions & disposals

✔ Landlord & tenant work

✔ Commercial leases

✔ Refinancing & secured lending

✔ Development matters

✔ General commercial property transactions

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can quickly integrate into an established team and hit the ground running.
