\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join us at the forefront of developing and delivering a new Property Surveyor apprenticeship programme for the housing sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of property professionals, equipping apprentices with the technical expertise, professional confidence and customer-focused mindset needed to make a meaningful impact on homes and communities.
\nDrawing on your surveying expertise, you will design, deliver and assess high-quality learning that brings the profession to life, translating industry practice into impactful workplace development. You will support apprentices throughout their journey, from onboarding and initial skills assessment through to gateway and end-point assessment, providing coaching, guidance and constructive feedback to enable their success.
\nWorking collaboratively with employers, partners and colleagues, you will help ensure the curriculum remains relevant, innovative and aligned to the evolving needs of the housing sector. You will also contribute to delivering an outstanding learner experience and achieving strong outcomes.
\nThis is a remote-based role, with regular travel required to the PfP Thrive Skills Centre in Derby and to employer premises.
