\n\nThe successful Account Manager will become the key contact for a portfolio of school clients, ensuring relationships are nurtured, expectations are exceeded, and operational requirements are managed effectively. \n\nWhat will you be doing as an Account Manager?\n\nManaging and developing relationships with a portfolio of school clients\nActing as the main point of contact for client queries and support\nGathering and reviewing client feedback to identify areas for improvement\nManaging facility availability, closures, and scheduling requirements\nMonitoring operational performance and supporting reporting activities\nSupporting client retention and long-term engagement\nWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:\n\nPrevious experience within an Account Manager, Client Relationship or Customer Success Manager role\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\nStrong administration and organisational abilities\nExperience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines\nConfidence working with operational data and performance measures\nExperience working within education, public sector, facilities, or service-led environments would be advantageous\nWhat will you get in return for your work as an Account Manager? \n\nSalary of up to £27,000\nPermanent, full-time opportunity\nOffice located in Manchester City Centre\n28 days holiday including bank holidays\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nFull training on company systems and processes\nActive social calendar and regular team events\nSupportive and collaborative team environment\nOpportunity to join a growing business with genuine long-term career prospectsApply now by sending your CV.
